Yea so I'm trying to move out of my parents house as the whole college/work/alcohol is starting to test all of our nerves. I started talking with some friends at work and got a hold of a guy reovating a house on the north side of Buffalo ( nice place with trees, all girls catholic school, and a gentlemens club all within walking distance). The location of the house is almost perfect apart from being a little father from work then i would have liked.
I am asking anyone on the forums for tips for looking at apartments, finding an extra roomate and the general things that crop up with money flow(maybe what portion of my monthly pay i should have to put aside for food and rent).

) I'd suggest getting one from a reputible renter. Buffalo is full of some pretty shifty people and the last thing you want is a landlord who's trying to bend you over. The further you get away from Buffalo the cheaper and nicer the place you rent will be. I'd check down Transit past the Airport. You get out of Buffalo and near Clarence... there's some nice places there. But... then you have to average in gas and whatnot.
