Are Pins 2,12,15 suppose to have continuity??

Hi, I am having problems with my 1.6 xbox. The mod wont boot up like is should (possible lpc solder connections) but when I boot up the box with chip disabled it will boot just fine and then when I do sumpthing like load a cd it will turn off and on all by its self. I was wondering if it could be because of pins 2,12,15 having continuity. I know that pins 2 and 12 are ground but is pin 15 (3.3v) suppost to be conneted to ground?

Any one out there have a possible solution?

i think they are, i will check for you later today i have a few 1.6's i still have to mod

alright i tested it out,
pin 2 and 12 are both ground and pin 15 is a 3.3v source



so yes they will give you continuity check, but pin 15 is a power source not a ground. tested in standby mode with DC on a multi meter.
