Sorry for speaking of a non well supported argument , but i'm sure someone can answer to me , think very strange to not find any thread about my problem .
I bought an Asus DRW-24B3ST just couple of weeks before even knowing about iHas firmwares , and when i read about i found here the thread speaking of rebadged drive that could be crossflashed to iHas .
As owner of one of those unit , i chose before buying a new drive to try the crossflash action .
I read the guide and all the thread talking about that particular drive , and did the job , succesfully i thought .
Now i have a problem with drive , and i dunno if is some setting or simply an uncompatibility for my drive .
The crossflash process gone straight right , without any problem or errors , crossflashed to iHas 524B , then eprom converted , upgraded to last liteon firmware and finally burned the iXtreme Burning Max firmware . All gone right .
Problem is i cannot succesfully burn a DL with imgburn . The drive burns till 12% correctly , then it simply don't burn any data more , without any error in imgBurns .
If i watch the burning side of the dl is clearly written only first part , and if i verify in imgBurn i receive errors .
What can be the issue ?
I even try recrossing unit to iHas 124B , done the entire procedure without problem but still same situation ...
