At a hault. Read/Flash problem

I am trying to flash my ms25 xbox 360.
I have 52 (I made it a day before the new 53) on my USB from Xtreme Boot Maker.

I succesfully boot it and have my Xbox 360 Connected.
When I xRead 1234567 12345 (my own serial of course) I am given 4 drives.

Xtreme Sec Master
Xtreme Sec Slave

Sil123 Pri Master
Sil123 Pri Slave (It is not Sil123 exactly I just forgot to write down the exact name. I just know it must mean Silicon Image)

Any help? Thanks alot

My SATA is onboard built into my motherboard and is RAID compatible.

Edit 2:

I also have RAID disabled in BIOS

I tried everything possible in the BIOS.

Well, I'll just purchase a compaitble SATA controller.
