Update, still need the above minus BenQ drive as well as the following:

1GB or 2GB of DDR2 Ram modules, either 2 x 512mb or 2 x 1GB modules 533mhz will do.

Any cheap 3.5" SATA HDD any capacities will be considered above 80gb.

DDR2 is now becoming mega expensive, on average 2gb of DDR2 is about £38 !! U can get 4gb of DDR3 for that !!!

I have got DDR2 in stock, also got 2.5" SATA laptop hdd's

I know what you mean but I need these for an old mobo that is about 5-6 years old. I got all the parts for nothing include the mobo, case, etc. I found that one of the 512mb modules I got is faulty as the PC doesn't boot with with it plugged it and it just keeps beeping.

Computer boots fine with the other 512mb module but I need a minimum of 1gb or 2gb for this machine which I will use for basic operations such as email, music & rendering movies into DVD's.
