Audio, but no video

I have been having several problems with my xbox lately. The latest being that I am recieving no video, but recieve audio.

I shut off the MS load screen for when the chip is active, but when I load w/ the chip off I can hear MS loading.

I can also FTP into my box no problem

I MAY have messed with the PAL or whatever stuff. I tried the enigmah solution, which did not work.

I also tried using ConfigMagic blind restore.


I am running a 1.0, x3, 1959 bios.

Cant be my eeprom. I checked my eeprom.bin and it is fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

swaped drive but cant mod

hi i recently swaped my 360 drive hitachi rom ver 0047DJ with a hitachi rom ver 0078fk that was moded i have my back up games but they wont play i tryed flashing drive but they still dont play the xbox was not moded but the new drive ive put in was can any one help me find away to play my back ups.

you need to put the key from the first drive into the new drive for it to work

the first drives board dosnt power up is there away to find key with out powering up does it not mater that the first key is off 0047dj not 0078fk

you must dump the first drive so you can then spoof the info from it into the new one, when you say it wont power up do you mean the drive is bricked and wont do anything?

might be im not sure cant power old drive at all i push eject and it does nothing not sure why i bought xbox like that

if the drives bricked then you need someone who can get the key of the board for you,ask on this site.

you would need to send the board to them,im thinking that you could ask on this forum, where are you based?, you could google for the service

i tryed to load into windows with drive conected to try get key but every time windows frezzes and restarts would this mean drive is had it?

put the drive on a primary port sata 0 or sata 1 if no 0

you could also try just swapping the drive boards, from your 47 to your new one

it could be that something other than the PCB board is broken

its simple and worth a shot

tryed swaping drive for first sata no good and tried swaping board over its defintly the pcb board is there no other way to get key off without powering up board i.e is it the num stampd into one of the chips.

you'll need someone to desolder the flash chip and recover the key with a programmer
