Which dashboard version is your console running?
Have you extracted the latest firmwares from the pack to the JungleFlasher>Firmware directory.

Actually, I think I figured it out. I need to drop the firmware files into Jungleflasher's directory. If anyone can teach me how to delete a thread I would be much obliged.

You are trying to load the wrong firmware, that's why I asked which dashboard version the console was running.
ooooh, I'm not 100% sure. I would have to plug it up and check. Do I need to do this before I go any further?

I moved the firmware files into their proper place. However, this was after everything had failed. I went back to step one and pressed Benq UnLock. I get the "No drive detected error".

I have the step-by-step guide for my specific drive pulled up. I just failed to move the firmware over to the right folder first. Now, it is telling me that there is "No Drive Detected!" and I'm not sure how to "reset" or "start over" with this process.

Ensure the drivers are correctly installed and tick "USB Only" in JungleFlasher.
Check.
Still "No drive detected!" error. Which sucks, because it recognized it an hour ago.

Does it eject fine?
If not, go for the "bad flash" method (covered in the JF tutorial).

Try sending an intro to the drive. Sometimes the benq unlock will not completely work and an intro will give you flashchip properties.
I finally have my drive back into Vendor Mode!

There is a good chance you clicked “read” whilst the resistor is selected to GND (or in case of LT Switch – switch is in R/W position). After you have vendor mode put switch back to 3.3v (or “normal” – LT Switch) BEFORE pressing READ!****
Before I take ANY further steps... I want to know what the last part means. "After you have vendor mode put switch back to 3.3v BEFORE pressing READ!"

Thats for phat liteon drive
You need to put the drive back in the box and update the dashboard first. Then flash LTPlus-0442-v3.0

You have a BenQ drive and you still haven't told us which dashboard version the console is running.
