Autoloader 1.40 results in a black screen and cannot be turned on

sxos2.9.5, system 10.0.1, when I use Autoloader 1.40, I can't start the machine, it shows an error, but after deleting the Autoloader, it can be turned on, what is the situation?

Check if you are scanning any xcis with foreign characters in them and rename to regular English if so.

FWIW though, I find it too unstable to use and as much as I'd like to have it active, I have to remove it to prevent crashes.

Seems like it can't handle scanning many XCIs off a USB as the log indicates the file being processed is perfectly fine.

When the same xci is scanned on it's own it all works fine so suspect some kind of memory allocation issue.
