Back up original firmware problem

I have a samsung ms25 drive. I sucsessfully flashed the hacked firmare, and i saved the backed up firmware in both of my harddrives. when i run NTFS for DOS, when i get to xRead, mdkir has failed to find backups, and my "XTREME" drive never comes up, i dont understand what to do from here. I could use some help. Thank you

What is it that you're trying to do? That post doesn't make any sense...you say you already flashed the drive with hacked firmware and saved the backup.

Edit - I think I got it...are you finishing flashing on page 29 of the tutorial and continuing to page 30?

no, im sorry i did not clearly state what i need. Im all the way to page 39 but when i enter "xRead and my serial" it says that mdkir cant find my backups. and when my drive appears it doesnt say XTREME in front of it.

Right but you say you already flashed the drive with hacked firmware and saved the backup....so you're done.

Hmm im a little bit confused,... im going to try to put the file in the backup folder on the drive and see if i get the old firmware back and if i do ill put the hacked firmware back on. Ill post in a little bit.

Yeah every thing worked ok, i have the orig firmware on my pc and i have the hacked on my 360.

First I did the flashing through USB and i guess i started to do it throught the DOS cd. So i accidently tried to do it twice.
