Backing up Games!

Can someone tell me when you backup games from your drive by using say qwix. Are you able to backup your game-saves as well or no? I mean if I'm playing Halo2 and I'm at a certain level-Should I finish before I backup or will my last save also be backed up?

You can backup your save files, but they are not in the halo2 game folder, they are in E drive, UDATA, just make an iso of UDATA with Qwix.
