backing up hdd using avaluanch????

alright i have avaluanch and xbmc installed on my original xbox hdd i now have a 160 gb hdd i want to install, how do i back up the original drive or copy it to the new one. i tried copying files to my computer and then ftp on to new drive but nothing shows on new drive..... i have an x3 with bios 1959 installed on 1.0

i now it similar subjects but i been doing thi for about 6 hours, between reading stuff and trying stuff, so i decided to post.. just want to say thank in advance

use flashfxp to ftp over your stuff and do it by each partition e.g C: then E: then F: etc

Which firmware should i use on a benq 64930

I am flashing a benq 69430 drive. I am not sure which firmware I should use. I have the ixtreme lt plus firmware and jungle flasher 1.77 downloaded but my drive isn't listed on supported drives. Thanks in advance for the help.

Which firmware you should use: iXtreme LT Plus 1.1 for BenQ

Jungleflasher: use the latest, check out the downloads page and look at the latest release.

Your Drive is supported: 69430? Are you sure that's a BenQ?
