backup bios???

hi all!

My problem is when i start the backup i have a black screen
no backup bios is coming on screen i think it is blank i flash 3.03 on it but blank.original av cable from box
i only have 3.03 on three banks.
help please

mf date of box is 12.11.2004

ps the reseller says i kill it

My question is why would you want to back up the BIOS? What's the difference between flashing BIOS downloaded from xbins and the one you back up?

no no i dont want to backup the bios
i dont have one on the backup flash when i press start and eject button
so how can i put it on it

any help?

I think he is talking about the backup ROM.
Flash a new one and see how you go.
Copy a working version of FlashBIOS to your xbox, say C:\BIOS
Go to (in config live) Bios Tools>Flash Backup ROM>Load From C
Choose the BIOS and flash.
Then try and boot it.

question can it be bad solder but it cant i can boot all stages it is only the backup rom who ****s up with a black screen

so no one can help in this?can i reflash the eeprom from a working eeprom to get back the flashbios rom.

or must send it back to the reseller to fix it.
