backup games won't work anymore

my system:
box ver 1
2.3b lite
x4983.06


my problem is that i just upgraded my xbox with x5032.06 and didn't have xbe correctly configured to boot evox on the F drive so it went straight into the msdash. I was all confused and entered the correct date and time and rebooted. i then reflashed with slayers the x4983.06 fc bios and now i can go into evoxdash just fine. but now games that worked before don't work anymore:
nhl 2005
nhl 2k5
madden 06
jedi academy
are some.

is there a fix for this or do I simply have to reinstall the games.

I've run into this before ... If memory serves I think it was a bios problem . If possible get the official xecuter bios and flash to the other bank . Hope fully you only flashed bank 1 originally and left bank 2 with cromwell . I'm not 100% on this so if anyone else has any ideas don't be afraid to call me stupid .. LOL!!
