Backups stopped working after HDD change

Many years ago I flashed my liteon drive using the ck3 kit (I can't remember the exact details many years ago) it got dropped one day (not by me sadly) my friend just replaced the stock 60gb drive with a 120gb but now backups won't work and it just says DVD where as you know should show the play/install options.

Any ideas as to why it has stopped playing them?

When you replace HDD avatar update is missing, so your friend updated it and your dvd drive was flashed back to stock fw. You need to update to latest dashboard now and flash it again to LT+ 3.0

Thanks for your reply, I'll have to try and find my old ck3 kit and flash it again.
