Bad Bios

I think i loaded a bad bios. I connected my xbox to my computer with a crossover cable and i loaded a bios but now when i turn it on my xbox nothing loads. It turns on and off and on and off and then on but nothing happens the lights just flash. I have a duoX 2 modchip and a v1.0 xbox. Is their a way that i could re-flash my modchip with the bios that it came with (Flashbios 3.0.3)?

i have a DuoX 2 Cromwell/FlashBios Edition i could load the xbox linux cromwell bios but i dont kno how to use it. this modchip has to banks. is there a way i could re-load the flashbios 3.0.3 using the linux?
