Ok so i dumped a Falcon and its got Bad block 1e so Xell wont boot, ive tried Xbr,ive tried manually remapping the block which "seems" to process yet my screen is blank still.
All i ever get is error 202 on 1e,whether i read, write or erase. So i cant cancel out corruption because i cannot delete the badblock after moving said block.
I have done tons of Jtags and had this scenario before where the usual block move process is suffice yet on this occasion it seems to not be the case.
I would appreciate some input,i dont need to check the wiring,i know thats sound.
I rewrite initial Nand dump back to system and fires up fine.Im thinking 1e is some royal block:confused:
Im wondering what the issue is as XBR does not work yet all i add to that is the key vault which has no block issues unless im completely wrong and 1e is kv related?

Im getting conductivity between J2D2 6 and J2D2 7 when i should be just connecting J2D2 7 with J2D2 4 so thats about all i can think.I dont explain it though as its a healthy board, nothing is physicaly bridged afaik. It does not give consistent connection, with a multimeter i merely beeps one off,its not a consistant beep like you find if checking J2D2 7 & 4
I dont usually have to go to such masures so it might be that you always get a mild conductivity on J2D2 6,ive never checked.
Anyone care to help.
