I've been running my 0800 backups through abgx(always getting all green feedback) and using verbatims without problems, but I tried using aones and it appeared to burn fine. However, when I tried to play the burned disc (not ap25/xgd3) it boots, but before getting to the main menu of the game, I get the 'disc unreadable: please clean disc' message.
Obviously I know there are no guarantees when it comes to getting flagged, but do bad burns of good isos generally trigger a flag or not?
i had this issue on my sons xbox when we brought some datawrite discs, however he is not banned so i would hope not.
Providing they are ripped and verified ok should be good.

Something I have always wondered, how can the 360 differentiate between a bad copy and a scratched original?

You could be flagged for the bad rip but not for a scratched original that could also potentially have missing data etc.

I had 'Disc unrecognized' error with my back up of gears 3 using Aone Gold before installing to HDD and fixing the prob - havent tried with verbs yet...

I also got a backup of Burnout which is a verified backup (xgd2 ssv1) from original that works fine installed to HDD offline but when I play online always comes up with dirty disc error...hmmm! No flag
