bad flash,bank mistake,x3 config locked

hi

I do a mistake, i flash my 256k back up bank with a normal xcuter bios...
or i choose a different??
and just before i locked the x3 config ...i cannot go in the option menu now.

and by my bad bank flash i cannot launch flashbios303
(erased or bad selection boot in "rescue mode").

what way to flash my chip with to the original menu (flashbios303).

Try booting from every 256k bank on your chip - there are eight of them.

Hopefully one will load FlashBIOS.

Either that or boot your X3 BIOS and run the x3_erase.xbe file to reset the settings for your ConfigLive.

nothing... been read the forum before my post,,
"erase.xbe" by my hdd it load, erase all, but replace it by a bad bios,,,i locked my chip o.s with bad settings

under evox flash it's possible with the right "backup bios" address... but who is she.

If you're booting a BIOS enough to run erase.xbe, then your BIOS is fine.

I know you don't speak English, but can you try and describe exactly where the problem is when you boot?

i want accessing in the x3_config to reset all parameters and reflash my 256k back up bank.

when i press power/eject button in a same time:
my chip load a homemade m8_xbmc.

when i launch erase.xbe he do two new bin file:
fullX3eeprom_xxxxxx.bin
fullX3eeprom_erased0_xxxxxx.bin

but when i restart and press the white button always no o.s access
and always my m8_xbmc by power/eject

ok - x3 config live doesn't affect what's on your BIOS banks.

You need to boot an X3 BIOS in order to access X3 Config Live.
Unless you manually flashed over the backup BIOS in X3CL, then it will still be set to FlashBIOS 3.0.1.

Watch the X3 logo - if it doesn't turn purple then you're not booting the backup BIOS.

that's right when i push power/eject , X3logo turn purple, one second and stay blue after... i do bad options choices in O.S settings...

or a long time= purple, reboot one time and load the same homemade bios

You'll need to boot to your M8 BIOS and there, flash the chip within Evox. search the forums for the BIOS entries needed for evox.ini. Flash it with FlashBIOS to begin with, then you can boot FlashBIOS afterwards and reflash the required bank with X3.

Finally you should be able to boot into X3 ConfigLive and reflash the Backup BIOS with FlashBIOS.
