Did you at least google 'xbox360 NAND'?

The reason why you've screwed this up is because you don't have a clue what you're doing. We're 3 pages in and you don't even know where the NAND is.....
 
I really advise against using Coolshrimp's tool, especially for Jasper consoles. Use the one from Bestpig.fr.

Because when you compare the smc files, the jasper has the same as the zephyr and falcon. Yet in the smc files I extracted from XBR, there were differences between them. I couldn't even get a Jasper to power on after flashing XeLL via Coolshrimp's but worked first time when I flashed XBR to it.

ok jsut to let all you guys know i finally was able to fix my jtag 360.thanks to all the guys down here and jtag tool creator.

i agree with martin c on this.

coolshrimps jtag tool works great with xenons, falcons, zephyr's etc but the smc's are wrong for 16mb, 256mb and 512mb jaspers.

use command prompt with nand pro if jtagging a jasper so you can make sure you are using the correct smc ;)
