There are a few solutions around if you cant read your NAND due to bad flash.

One of them is a 5v mod where you connect a 5v power source to a specific capacitor thus getting power to NAND and hopefully reading it:

I have been searching the net for a similar solution for Slim consoles but couldn't find one. So I had to come up with one myself, and here it is:

Near NAND chip there are two resistor pads. Connect an external 5v power source to the pad on the right and a wire to GND. Thats going to power NAND, J2C1 and J2C3 enabling to read/write nand.
hello, i have a trinity that won't boot (no power just beep only). I cannot read or write its nand. i tried bad flash recovery http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php/52213-Bad-Flash-To-Nand-How-To-Recover-! but it just won't work. Can I try this method? There is 3.3v when i check R1D5
