are you 100% sure you have ALL connections plugged in the right way on ALL parts of the kit (taking into account you already managed to plug them in the wrong way once already) ?
Yes I have them plugged in the proper way for sure, I even tried swapping just to check. I can post a pic if you like of that too

I know this is my first post. :) i read alot. I had that one time. bad flash thing. i removed the power from the box for about 5-10 mins and tried to reflash. Then the flash worked for me. I also disconnect the nandx from the pc not from the box.

Bee.
I tried that as well :/ No luck

Have you got a short between points B and E

I'll fix that now and check again.

What Flashconfig do you get when you try to read/write to the NAND?
Well regardless of read/write commands in nandpro,

I get

Looking for usb interface device

Can not continue

Edit: Just fixed the bridge between B and E but it did not solve the problem.

Edit 2: I'm honestly just hitting f5 over and over hoping someone has another idea lol.

Plug in the PSU and get a meter. Set to volts and get readings for the NAND points on the QSB.
I hope I'm reading the right points, I'm getting 3.2v across all the nand points that I've soldered for the qsb. So I guess there is standby voltage across the board then ?

So any ideas guys? I think IV been pretty thorough with providing pics and info, just need to be pointed in the right direction.

Yes, you have been thorough, however there's a fault on your board which we're trying to address. Please remain patient!

I've just taken readings from a working board (it's a xenon but shouldn't matter as the SPI points are the same on all consoles. This is what you should get with the PSU connected:

J1D2.1 - ~1v
J1D2.2 - 3.3v
J1D2.3 - ~1v
J1D2.4 - 0v (40Ohms)

J2B1.5 - 0v (5.6KOhm)
J2B1.6 - 3v
J2B1.12 - GND

Ok I wasn't sure of the names so I uploaded the readings within the picture. I used the GND point on the Coolrunner.

Did you want the resistance across the readings on which I got 0V as well?

Yeah - the top middle 0V in your pic should be 40Ohms. The middle-right 0v should be 5.6k.

If both these are correct, then the only thing that can explain this is you have a corrupted SMC and will need to short the pins to sort it out.

Just checked now,

it is 40Ohms for the middle 0V

Middle Right 0V is not giving me any reading, so this may be the problem right here.

Edit: Sorry I had the range low, I'm getting 5.8KOhms.

So I guess the SMC is probably corrupted.

How would I go about shorting the pins? Is it like the methods listed earlier in the thread?

After shorting the band, would I just do e16 on the nand and rewrite xell again then the glitch image?

Ok so the nand is recognizing fine now, but I have to keep the nand shorted for me to write the xell image again, instead of unshorting after a few seconds of reconnecting power :/

Even after a successful xell write, nothing happens when I boot the 360, no fan spinning, no lights turning on the RF board or greenlight flashing on the CR.

Should I tell you me flashconfig number?

edit:

With pins shorted
Flashconfig : 0x00011808

Without pins shorted, nand stays detected for a few seconds while giving
Flashconfig: 0x0000C00

Followed by cannot find usb interface

Edit 2: flashed successfully now.
