Hello, I have been at this for two days after work and it is time to post for some help.
The Xbox has a 2.6 in it. It worked at one time but froze and now here is where I stand.
When the switch is on Bank 1 it gets to the Xbox screen with Xecuter2. It dims slightly and then stops. It never goes any further....
When the switch is on Bank 2 it goes to Flash Bios 3.03 with all the options to flash the bios. I have tried flashing a 256Kb 4977, a 512kb 4978.3. I can ever get the make1mb.bat to stay on the screen to make a 1mb file.
-- It seems to take the attempt at flashing as the screen says it is flashing and then once the bar goes across the box shuts down. On restart though I get the same issue with either bank on.
Any pointers? Do I need to find a 1mb file? Is my chip bad? Anything?
