banks 1-4 working good, but 5-8 not....?

xbox v.1.6 with x3 ce installed with x3 cp installed also.
ok, i got a friend who has been modding xboxs for a while help out with the soldering and he used lpc rebuild, we got banks 1-4 flashed though network the x3 3294 bios, works great and has been working for me for about 2 months now, but just recently i wanted to fill my 5-8 banks with a linux bios or something but when i have my switch set to off on off off it frags......i thought i was suppose to get cromwell to flash the other 5-8 banks aren't i?

hold on, did some more research and found stuff that looks like might solve my problem.........do i have to just type in the ip of my box in a web browser while x3 config live is running and select the bios i want to dump in 5-8 then select 5,6,7,8 and clik "Flash it!"???
this sounds like what im looking for, if its right can someone confirm ?

You need to FTP into your Admin folder on the root of your HDD. Then simply upload the required bios into the required slot (in this case bios/1MB/5-6-7-8).
