Banks 7-8

It seems impossible to flash banks 7 and/or 8 with any 256k bioses.
I have tried Evox M8 plus, and flashbios, but with no luck. I get the "unknown bios system halting" (and yes the flash is unprotected)

what are your switch seting and why are you flashing m8 bios to chip
x3 3294 banks 1234
x2 5035 banks 56
flashbios 3.0.1
flashbios 3.0.3

I finally fixed that problem as well.
I created a 1mb bios (4x 256k M8Plus) with X2BM and flashed the second 1mb bank (5,6,7,8)
Then I flashed banks 5,6 with 512k X2 bios 5035,
bank 7 with 256k Evox M8Plus,
and bank 8 with 256k flashbios 3.0.3!

....and why are you flashing m8 bios to chip

you got the x3 chip with out the x3 bios is like having a v8 car without the motor use the x3 3294 bios you will be a lot better off
i have use the m8 before nothing but touble use the x3 bios as well as x2 if you wish then the m8

Sorry.. misunderstanding
If you see my post you will see that I am talking about banks 5,6,7,8.
Banks 1,2,3,4 are hosting the latest X3 bios of course!

I thought your problem was that I was using a "rival's" bios

nope have use now don,t use m8 find xecuter much better to mess around with and more stable
