ANSWERED banned console

Hi Team is there any way to unban a console to go on live ? i heard you can change the kv file but to my belief its only for rgh side of things. is it true if a console in ban its banned for ever ? only asking as i saw a console xbox e 250 gb going cheap and there told me the console is banned !! and they said you can unban them ? any help would be great guys thank you

That won't be worth your time or money, and from what I've read you can't unban a stock console and RGH it then revert to stock after changing kV due to a hash check. If you get that console, just RGH it and leave it rgh'd
