In theory you would have to be ultra-stupid to even ask the question.

In theory microsoft are going ballistic according to the stories on the net
i can attest to that. ive not even played halo 4 or any dodgy games and i accidentally plugged my network cable into my rgh jasper (i usually have it in for fsd) when i flashed it back to stock to test if the fault i was having was with the console or the wiring of the chip obviously the chip and wiring was removed completely.

anyway long story short within 20 seconds of turning it on BAAAM "this console has been banned blah blah"

not sure how they worked this out exactly as ive not been playing anything dodgy on it only thing i can think is i had my hdd in it and it has records of games that have only been out in the last 2 months like darksiders 2 which ive been playing but my stock dash is over a year old. either way they are in full exterminate mode atm. lol

fortunately not that i care im glitching it again and have no interest in live and if i did ive a clean console too that i never use

This may be a noob question. I had some nxe rips on my Xbox hdd from before the Rgh was performed and I ran nxe2god on all of them. I have demon installed so I am wondering if content on the Xbox hdd or internal mu can cause a ban? I also have F3, some F3 rips, and iso2god god's ( iso's I downloaded for games that I own that were too scratched to be ripped) installed on this hard drive.

Is there any data collected that might be stored on the internal memory unit that might cause a ban? Basically what I'm asking is if you have live block enabled from dashlaunch and remove all homebrew stuff from hard drive will it be Xbox live safe when I toggle tm

Its safer to have 2 different harddrives. One for rgh and one for retail. I have no idea if anything like that is stored in the nand but I wouldn't risk a drive scan by ms that could see what you have.
