The red light shouldn't be flashing it should be solid. The green should be flashing if it is solid it means you haven't programmed the coolrunner.
Have your programmed the coolrunner with the correct timing file?

Don't worry about a capacitor on D and the wire it doesn't appear to make a difference.
Just use the 68nf on A and Gnd.

Ok post some pics of the install it has to be wiring.

Red light should be solid from the moment you plug the power cable in even without turning it on unless you are using the switching 3.3v supply which is not recommended. If you are the red light should be solid from the moment you turn on the xbox. Green light should flash every few seconds until it boots.

Does the green light flash constantly or does it stop?

I'll post pic in a bit. Red light stays on once I plug the power cord in on the cool runner. Upon starting from eject button, I get a blinking green light for about 6-9 seconds, then it goes to 3 rings.

4 reads of nand was done with all them good. I wrote xell to nand and did another nand read for the hell of it. This one for obivious reads showed, if I remember right 8 bad blocks which from what I could guess was the recent write of xell.

Powered off machine for 30 seconds and disconnected usb cable to Nandx.

Upon starting from eject button, I get a blinking green light for about 6-9 seconds, then it goes to 3 rings.

From what I can read from different post some people flash XBR into nand and then it starts working the xell, which I haven't tired yet.

Any other things to do?

Isnt your QSB on the wrong point? I think it should be moved further down. It needs to be on pad R4B24.
