RGH BB Jasper Freezing Problem

Long story short, I know capacitors help boot time but I had one installed and what it did was make it boot instant then after 5 minutes it freezes just about every time, is this the capacitor? I have the wires routed correctly and I have good solder joints, here's a pic of the wiring:

try running the yellow wire between the GPU and CPU underneath

Insulate the wires from the board with insulation tape

Ur blue wire is in "the freezing zone" reroute it away from those for points, should help
