BB Jasper Slow Boot Glitch fix with TX cool runner

Has anyone ever had a 512 jasper try and glitch then just stop? Ive got one that will blink about 5 times and just stop blinking, ive tried with a cap on a and ground and i get one blnk then nothing, a cap between d and the wire with one on a and ground and i get one blink, i don't know what the hell is going on with this one. Any ideas? i've used all the different tools to create ecc images, havent tried to manually do it with python yet.

is your green light dim? You may want to check wire a going to cpu thats usually the coulprate

light is very bright on all different attempts, its a 6751 too

Use donor files and watch another time of youre wires.
