So I got GTA:SA for the xbox even though I already had it for the PS2... when I was playing the xbox version I must of skipped over the part where it lets you buy property... like the car dealership and such...

Anyone know when you get to do this. My icon's are blue... not red so I can't buy it.

It just says I'm not allowed to at this time or some crap...

Any thoughts? Thanks!
