def age does not matter cause as i said i still mess up but am able to fix it. but winbond is not as easy as it looks and at 17 if still in school and no job then his parents will pay...lol so get someone else to do it for 40 bucks

I hadn't drilled an IC before, I've killed a couple of drives too. Not one bit was down to experience or age.

I don't think it is really about age at all. But we all make mistakes and lean from them because most of us have to pay for what we have done wrong and learn. In this situation you do have to start somewhere but if there is no real recourse for your actions then its very different.

I no what you mean m8 but i no with my own it's like banging your head against a brick wall at times. But op be a lot cheaper to buy a replacement pcb than to mess it up, i seen many a post by people who no what there doing have problems cause they drilled a fraction out of place

my dad had a shop
i also did 5 RGH with no help at 15 so yes go easy on him, i only f**ked 1 RGH in my life and "((I))" paid for it from my allowance then so ...

Dont know if anyone has read the post above but something just dont add up or is it me being slow ? He did his first kamikaze when he was 13 yet he is 15 now thats 2 year ago he did his first kamikaze really :rolleyes2:
