Nope if you aint gonna go online pay some like £40 or something to RGH. You can run anything at all.

I was going to update my brothers LITEON 93450 from 2.0 to 3.0. He has not got the latest dash nor does he have internet connected to it. If i was to update to 3.0 and install the latest dash from a usb dongle will he have the same problem as his friends or should we not be updating to the latest dash.
