BENQ BenQ Drive Help

Hi Guys. First of all. Let me tell you. I am really sorry for posting this coz the answer to this might be in the guides. But i read all of the guides and tutorials but i cant understand anything, so please help.
I have a xbox 360 premium pal console (BenQ) which i bought a few years back and i gave it to a shop to mod it. It worked perfectly fine and i also used my kinect backups. All was fine, until my bro inserted the demo disc of FIFA 12 and installed the update. none of my backups work now. Please help me. I have a HP DV6 laptop with some eSATA port. Please tell me what should i buy to reflash my xbox.

Dpcragg listed everything u need. Obviously your drive has been flashed back to stock with the new update. Luckily you have the easiest drive to flash with a benq. But then again TX makes flashing all drives easy now. If you might plan on doing other drives you might want to opt for a probe 3 also.
