BENQ BenQ drive not detected in JungleFlasher

I am getting the no drive detected, Benq unlock aborted error. I am not using x360usb pro, i'm using the old way where you disconnect the sata cable from your dvd drive in pc and connect it to the benq drive. I have been a portio64 error but i fixed that but now im getting no drive detected error.

However when i don't have the sata cable connected to the benq, just laying there connected to nothing but the pc, it wont let me click the benq unlock button. but it would let me if i have it connected to the benq but it still says no drive detected.

have you selected the right port in JF and do you have your drivers disabled? post a screenshot of JF open with the drive connected.

also make sure u have the right I/O port selected it needs to be showing as a benq drive in the drive properties section

You wouldn't be having these problems if you were using an Xecuter product... The method you are following does not involve any of the products required to receive support on these forums. Do a web search for iprep maybe that will get you further using the method your following now...

Do not do any dosflash.

Try this, make sure your benq is connected, make sure your IO port is correct.

Simply click "Intro", your drive should show up in vendor mode.

The reason your drive is not showing up is because its probably already in vendor mode, make sure you outro your drive before you power it off next time...

sorry to ask this extremely stupid stupid question but, you connected your drive sata to the computer's right? good
and the power... from the xbox correct? is the xbox turned on while you are trying to recognize the drive on jungleflasher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if so
try to click intro device or outro/ata, it might appear

Nah, do not do the outro, its not going to do anything..

Do the intro instead, clicking intro will give you a dialog, it will say its sending the intro command, simply click yes, power off, then power on the drive, it will re appear in vendor mode, then you can write to it again, this time properly.

I just got one of my many Benq Drives, I powered it off when it was writing 0800 f/w during the 2nd bank, the drive was no longer been detected, even by my usb pro.

So, I clicked intro, it said to click yes, then power off then on the drive, it showed up as vendor mode and now I can re-write the f/w once again.

Believe me, I have seen this many times, click intro, follow on screen instructions, your drive will show up.
