ANSWERED Benq drive will not go into vendor mode

SUCCESS!!!!
Dosflash was sucessful in getting the drive into vendor mode and i used it to write lt+3.0 to it as well.
Drive does have some eject issues though in the xbox where it ejects the tray all the way but the center ring of light still blinks and it also has trouble closing the tray as well.
Should i do a RMA on the drive to xconsoles?

Try taking it apart and cleaning it. Re grease the tracks with some white lithium. Try to get some grease in the slide bar to. What it is is the tray isn't coming out far enough to hit the sensor switch to tell the drive its open. I bet when you open it if you pull the tray out just a little the light stops blinking.
You might also try cleaning the rubber band as well.
