Hi all got fat benq drive was just trying to flash it ,but the key wrong one as I got key of man who done rgh and they dont match how can find out what drive it had in before this one thanks .

If the console's NAND dump hasn't been tampered with at all, open it with J-Runner and look under OSIG on the right-hand side (you will need to insert your CPU key).
To be honest, you can put any drive in an RGH - simply flash your console's drive key to it.

Thanks Bl4ky was trying to do that just ,but when try copy and past the key it want past over the key.

Create a firmware with JungleFlasher - load LTPlus-0442-v3.0 as the target firmware, click Manual Spoof, paste your drive key, click Check, click OK, run BenQ Unlock and Write.

If your console had a BenQ drive then that's the OSIG you will see, but the firmware I asked you to write is the LT+ 3.0 firmware for BenQ drives.

HI I went in j-runner and loaded the files to try look for drive make ,as I can not get files to loaded it when try paste it over that it dont load .
HI Blaky just tryed I can do what you say but when go to benq unlock am getting invaild status 0x80 I tryed open the tray eny help thanks .

Just tryed another benq drive it doing same freezing when try wright to it think it usb pro that broken time to get new one .
