Benq - iXtreme LT+ v3.0 should i flash?

i dont really play my games online....i heard if i flash my xbox to Benq - iXtreme LT+ v3.0, i need to reburn my games...and i dont have that many disc and plus i have over 400 games already......so do i really need the firmware update right now? or should i just wait what are your thoughts?

you can still play your old backups if they're not xgd3 games.

if you never play live and you don't expect to ever do so, then there's no reason to update.
I don't do XBL on my hacked consoles so I'm not updating to 3.0 It's a pain to reburn XGD3 and ap25 games, and besides, verbs are hard to find
