FIXED BENQ SPI swap?

Hello!
I have Falcon xbox 360 with burnt drive( BENQ VAD6038- no dvd key extracted) and a donor board from same drive.Previous owner tried to flash it. Powered with 5V only and swaped the polarity of wires.I know that one option to extract dvdv key is RGH but is it possible to just swap SPI chips and get a working board with key?

It is possible to transplant the SPI to another PCB.

Just to be sure.Do I have to swap them both or just the little one on the right side of the picture?
Console is on latest dash. So do I have to flash it to post 13* after transplantation?

Successfully transplanted SPI chip and got a working drive.:redface:
