HITACHI NON-79 Benq spoofed as Hitachi - LT 2.0 options??

I've just repaired xbox that has a Benq drive spoofed as a Hitachi 046

What are my options in relation to LT 2.0 and playing Xgd3 backups?

Am I right in saying the LT 2.0 Firmware cannot be spoofed?

correct - you need to get a replacement hitachi drive - on the plus side - that BenQ will be easy to sell on

What Firmware goes onto the Hitachi?
