X360USB PRO Benq X360Usb Pro Problem

I have purchased x360usb pro now and all im getting is errors. For example, in jf 1.87 and 1.88 when i try to find my benq, i find "stage 1 failed Drive is Samsung" when i have a benq. When i erase i get Drive returned with invalid satus. Some one help please!

Is it a stock drive? If so, try clicking BenQ Unlock and not Sammy Unlock (which I suspect you are doing). The latest version of JungleFlasher is 0.1.89B so update that first.

by stock u mean it came with the xbox? then yes. if u want we could screen share using skype or something. anyway, im getting that error when i select what sata port. it also isnt saying x360usb pro or anything like that. i suspect i installed the drivers or something wrong. not sure. forgot to add in that bit.

Is your X360USB Pro firmware updated? The latest version is v0.18 I think, you can check the version in JungleFlasher.

Have a look here, you need to download the firmware and also the update tool. You may also wish to check here to verify that your X360USB Pro is correctly installed.

my computer isnt recognizing it though... ive tried different ports... event front header and mobo ports..

Have you tried connecting the AUX power cable that comes packaged with the device?

Your computer doesn't recognise the device at all? Have you got the switch on the side set to OFF?

It sounds like it's defective, have you contacted your reseller to see if they can repair or exchange it for you?

im going to see if it works on my bros laptop in a bit. if not im contacting xconsoles. i did like the shipping of it and was happy about that. first time ordering something online and i would get a deffective one. Hey, it happens. I am the unlucky one though...
