i thought i got the best deal ever a few weeks ago when i got the "broken" xbox on eaby, but this seriously takes the cake.

i ordered a 1.4 (starting to get kinda rare) mobo hdd combo from a guy, expecting to get a stock 8 or 10 gig. he sends me a 200 gig seagate drive o_o! i payed $65 for the two including shipping.

bester. deal. ever.

My xbox was purchased from Ebay. I found a "broken" xbox listed and it wasn't too descriptive in the listing. I placed a maximum bid of $60 for the xbox and won it for $49. Plus shipping for $15 makes a total of $64.

Well, I get the xbox expecting to be doing some repair... Turns out, the thing is not broken at all, and works perfectly.

So I think I just beat your deal; an entire functioning XBox for $64.

EDIT... damn, I didn't notice the 200GB part...

£35 ~$70 for a 1.6 (in a 1.0-5 case) on ebay...
Had a dead power switching transistor due to the case swap

cost me 8p for anequivalent one from maplin!

What really p****s me off is that if they'd had the exact match in stock it would only have been 5p!

(just joking -I don't mind spending the extra 3p :D)
