Best Emulators and Rom download sites

In everyones opinion, what are the best emulators for the Genesis/Megadrive, Snes, C64 and Spectrun on the XBOX?

Also where can I download roms without popups, broken links etc?

Oh and something else. I went over my daily file limit by accident on xbins by trying to download an emulator, only to find it had about 100 subdirectories of old versions in it. I got banned. How long is the ban for? Please don't say its permanent!

i have ripped a copy of mlb 2k10 but when i go to check it on abgx360 it says that the PFI, DMI, and SS are blank any way to fix this?

i have tried it with many other games and its just this one that it does this with and i have used wx ripper but it does not show any error messages
