Best way to flash phat xbox 360 on a Macbook??

Hey guys, I don't have a PC at the moment but I have a macbook nearby..

I am completely clueless when it comes to macs..

What is the best way to flash an xbox with Jungleflasher and Xbox360usb pro on a Macbook pro with OS 10.9 on it?

You will need Parallels or VMWare + a copy of Windows, personally I prefer Parallels
