Im about to try and remove the solder so i can put the pin headers in and flash the nand. But im a little curious as how to do this. I have desoldering braid, but i cant seem to suck all the solder out. How long can i keep the iron (15watt) on the hole before itll mess it up?

thanks

Or if you are really lazy :D (like me) use a pin vise :D lmao. Just be very careful and if you use an automatic one don't miss and ruin the contacts.... lol

why not just take a drill to it :p All you need is either a braid or bulb, and some flux.

Sorry for all these questions...

my friend has his xbox jtagged using an SPI flasher, but he doesnt have the SPI flasher anymore...can you take the wires in this picture (text continued below)

Strip the connections off, then strip the connections off the ends of #4 (text continued below)

And then flash the nand using the nand x?

So my question is can i just connect the wires in picture1 to the end of the wires of the #4 in picture 2, connect it to my nand x and will it work?

thanks
