Beware of this Xecuter Store - www.chipdealer.com

Learn from my pain friends. I placed a order with www.chipdealer.com this past Sunday evening. I have placed two calls and left VMs to the sales department, no reponse. Their shipping/customer service VM is full, I assume others are having the same issues as myself. Their payment processor BasicMicro.com only replies to your email with "sorry we cannot help, contact your vendor". I've called my credit card company but they say until the charge is posted they cannot protest.

So I would suggest using another vendor. When TeamXecuter comes out with their new vendor list early next year, IMHO this store should not be included.

I would like to say a "Great Job" to TeamXecuter for all the wonderful news, technical docs and products, I hope to get to use them if this ever gets resolved.

Respectfully

i had the same problem with them. they have horrible customer support. i used system-mods after a month of waiting for chipdealer, and they were great.

there is no way these are honest mistakes. there is no excuse for not posting this in the right section, hell the title is in big letters on main forum page "Xecuter Resellers - Complaints" if people would just look for one second they'd see this.

as for the guy who ordered from chip dealer you said you ordered on sunday, which stores like this are closed for the holidays. it is now wednesday and ur posting this. so they've had basically 2 working days (monday, tuesday) to reply to you. be patient they are busy. you've been waiting 2 days where some people have been waiting almost 2 months.

It's been barely 3 working days since sunday. What are you complaining about anyways?

Re: Xbox360 lite-on help

From Jungleflasher Manual, page 81

Whereas the 83850C v1 does NOT require additional hardware and can be dumped/flashed
using only a SATA connection
The key/inquiry/identify/serial files are merged into a dummy.bin (this allows for easy
manipulation of the drive info for placing into the iXtreme firmware). They contain information
that is required for proper identification and security related issues.
The 83850C v2 was quickly released to combat key retrieval by the earlier methods so key
retrieval using 83850C v1 or original method was no longer an option! This change occurred
around July/Aug 09 drive manufacture dates. There is no outward difference between the
83850C v1 and the 83850C v2 – the only way to discover which you have is to try the 83850C v1
method! If successful you have the version 1 – IF NOT Jungleflasher will tell you, you have an
83850C v2 and Lo83 function is ONLY for v1.

Holy sh*t! - Someone actually read the manual? - I almost feel it was worth the effort !
