Well folks, the big week is finally here. Excitement! Announcements! Games! All eyes are on Los Angeles for the big conferences later today, and rumours have already begun flying thick and fast via teh internets. Ubisoft seems keen to fan the flames, and has dropped a very subtle hint via its Facebook page that Beyond Good and Evil fans could finally be rewarded for their patience and given further news on the chronically delayed sequel. "We're a bit busy prepping for E3," the post reads. "Time to call in some reinforcements. (Points if you remember this classic character!)" As if we could forget, Ubi. The accompanying picture depicts Beyond Good and Evil's Pey'j, along with the quote: "Good thing I'm here, otherwise this whole place would fall apart."
It's hardly concrete evidence of an impending announcement, but since the game was first announced in 2008 and news has been scarce ever since, we'll take whatever hope we can get. An E3 announcement would certainly support the rumoured March 2014 release date.
