big problem when i changed the hardrive!

i had the MS hdd in working fine with evoX, i replaced the ms hdd with a 40gb hdd, i loaded up into the live config and i formatted the drives and it showed the 40 gb fine, when i ftp it just showed my last 10gb hdd, i flashed my bios again and now it wont go back to the live config screen, it just turns on and off then the eject button flahses red and green with a black screen, what do i do?

i have a X3 with 1.6b xbox

I'll take a stab as it's frustrating when no-one answers.

Which BIOS did you flash? 1959_v16plus? When I didn't do the v16plus my box acted the same as you're describing. Make sure you use it.

When you boot to backup (EJECT & POWER ON) does it work?

Did you have bank 1 and 2 set to on and 3 and 4 set to off when you flashed.
