I am going to start by saying that I've made a beginner's mistake and I read nand using -16, without knowing if it's 256 or 512 MB  .
I read nand without any problems at all(no errors), made image.ecc using multi_builder 4.0, installed coolrunner, write image.ecc with jtag tool, it booted in xex two times(non consecutive), the green LED flashed 3 times, but after that I didn't have any video signal.
I tried rewriting image.ecc, but the following error appeared:

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

...well,I can't seem to be able to do any thing at now.
Can anybody help me solve this, pease ?

After I read the nand again and I check it using flash tool v0.97 I get the next error: 'Couldn't read file or this image is unsupported.'
I wish I could put nand stock back, but I don't know how! Please help if you can!

Thd first nand which is not corrupt and hasn't got bad blocks is saved. I've also got the cpu key, but now when I try to read it again it is corrupt. And when I try to boot in xex the green led flashes three times but then I lose the signal.

With the nand I've got now I get an error the moment I want to do image.ecc. and when I start it the green led flashes and also two red ones.

I don't know what to do at this point...

i tried everything, but when I try to read nand and I compare it I don't get any error at all. when I check it in flash tool it says that the image is unsupported. and if I try to build an image.ecc I get the error above. but with the first nand everything goes alright, that's how I managed to find the cpu key as well. I don't know how to write the first nand again. and the problem is I still don't know the jasper I've got (16 mb or 256/512mb).

Flash Tool tells you what Jasper you have. Its gonna say Retail Jasper 16 MB or Retail Jasper 64 MB

I put nand to stock, when I start the console it boots and shows the xbox icon, then two red leds are on, but that's it.
What can I do to solve it?

I didn't get any error at all. It boots and show's the Xbox logo, but then nothing happens, it doesn,t go to the menu.It turns off and two red LEDs are flashing.
I made a retail_image.bin, I wrote it , but it doesn't boot to the menu.
I put nand + cpukey in multi_build to make retail_image.bin

I am desperate now. can anyone help, please?! :(

After I entered the menu, got the warning about ventilation, as the ventilator wasn't in, I put it in and started the console but the ventilator was really accelerated and after that it stopped again and I'm left with the two red LEDs as earlier. Thanks...

I think you should stop as you are way over your head. This stuff is easy and I think you're getting completely confused.

Do you have a GOOD original NAND dump? Write it back to the console and make sure it boots.
