I can't really tell for sure but from that close up of the CPU_PLL point it looks like you bridged it with the next pad to the left of it? Or is that just hot glue on the end of the connection making it look that way?. But my advice is pretty much the same as the other guy to check soldering. Looks good but i've had points in the past that looked good but werent quite good enough. The two points that I found had the most effect on whether the coolruner starts glitching though are the CPU_PLL point and the STBY_CLK point. I would check the resistors beside CPU_PLL and STBY_CLK as well. I had a slim I did once that I accidentally tapped the side of the resistor beside STYB_CLK and I guess it partially broke the connection on the resistor cuz I started having all sorts of power issues and the coolrunner wouldn't glitch properly either. But once I went and made sure all those resistors had good connections to the board again all the problems disappeared. If all else fails you could also try ordering some 50ohm double shielded low loss cable from xconsoles.com I've heard alot of people have had alot of success using it. Some people even reported getting instant boot xenons with it. Anyways I've rambled on for long enough, hopefully any of this info will help lead you in the right direction.
