I must be a complete moron because I can't figure out how to burn a .bin file to xbox. I tried, nero, disc juggler, ultra iso, win iso, iso buster, tried renaming the files to .iso! I used to know how to do this back in the dreamcast days, but need a refresher course. Everytime i try to load the file, it says "You are a complete dumbass!", no kidding, but seriously it says that the programs can read the image. Please help, man I suck!

You don't just burn a .bin ... it has to have a cuesheet to burn. And xbox game images are ISOs, not BINs

.mds vs. .dvd.

I have a game with two files a iso file and a .mds file. Usually when i burn the games it has a iso and a .dvd. Does a .mds file work the same way as a .dvd file will? Do i take the same steps as i usually would?

Re: .mds vs. .dvd.

run it through abgx and see what it says at the beginning about the .dvd file. if it says its ok then thats all good. all the dvd file does is set the layerbreak information for the burn. it should be ok though if not just open another dvd file and change the file name to the exact file name of the iso and then save as into the folder with the mds file.

hope that helps.
